Britney's Stay Will Be Extended

Britney SpearsIt's not a done deal, but expect that sometime tonight, papers will be signed at UCLA extending Britney Spears' stay at the psych ward -- by 14 days.

It's an internal process -- done without a court order. But we're told it will indeed happen, and that's not surprising given her mental health. As we first reported, Britney's been diagnosed with severe bipolar disorder.

The ward Britney is in is considered one of the best in the nation for the treatment she is receiving.

It will probably take Britney one or two more slip-ups before she starts accepting that she needs to take control of her life and her illness. I developed epilesy, which isn't mental illness but is a neurological disorder like bipolar disorder, when I was 19. I was in denial for a few years and had a couple of accidents along the way. But she will get there eventually. Hopefully she will get rid of the losers and hangers-on that leech off of her.

If Hillary Clinton is elected POTUS, no American would have to worry about going untreated for bipolar disorder ever again!

737. Bipolar Disoder has different levels of severity. They can range from mild, moderate ,to severe it can be with or without psychotic features and patients can be in a manic episode which she was clearly in, mixed episode, hypomanic episode .There are other specifiers but these give you an idea of how it is diagnosis.

738. Britney would have to be put on a 5250 (14 day hold) prior to the expiration of her 5150. She would then attend a hearing in which the hospital will state their case of holding her against her will and her attorney or state patient's rights advocate will state her case for release. The judge will decide if she stays or goes. If she is unwilling to take medication, her psychiatrist can apply for a Reise hearing with the court so that she can be medicated against her will. The court comes to the hospital.

739. I wonder,if Brit didn't have fame or fortune,could she get anyone to take her picture,with out getting arrested.If the answer is no,maybe she should play like she's broke,start having fun,hang with some real caring people,remember this money won't buy you happiness.

740. britney you are still on top you just need to stay out of the public for awhile seems to me that you got messed up from kevin the man is not worth it you are a great person dont let youself down who cares what people say just take care and things will work out would love to see you make more music you have talent remember the childen and young people that love you and look up to you [hope to see good things happen to you you worked hard for it you should be proud thanks brit]
